Quo Limited-Edition Spring Collection 2017

Arguably my favourite drugstore line, Quo is back with a gorgeous spring collection!

The packaging in this collection alone is beautiful, but the products deliver and I have two favourites already. It’s certainly a natural looking collection, save for the red lip crayon, and I love that because spring makeup and fresh-faced go hand in hand.

This limited-edition spring collection is available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart in February 2017.

I think these might be my favourite lipsticks that Quo has ever done. Bold statement, I know.

I'm wearing Almond Nude, and the face palette in Heat It Up.

I’m wearing Almond Nude, and the face palette in Heat It Up.

On the left we have the perfect Almond Nude and then a classic, Simply Red. There is also a pink shade available called Pretty in Pink, and each Matte Lip Crayon is $12 – not bad!

I’ve worn the nude a handful of times and it’s comfortable and long lasting, and the packaging makes for easy application.

It’s become my go-to for a nude, I usually have trouble with the shades having a little too much orange in them, but I’m loving this colour.

The Quo Brow Palette is also $12 and features a split eyebrow powder, a highlighter, an eyebrow cream and an applicator.

I am not so good at the whole brows thing, most of the time, so I rarely stray from the products I know how to use sure fire. That being said, this product does exactly as it’s meant to and the highlighter is lovely.

The spring collection has two eye palettes: Rock It! (on the left) has matte neutrals and No Pressure has shimmery pastels.

I cannot for the life of me figure out Quo shadows – they never show on me! I don’t know if I need a better primer, maybe that’s the issue. Always gorgeous shades and then I can’t get them to show up, if you have any tips let me know in the comments.

Each palette is $18.

I cannot say enough about Quo and their highlighters, and the ones in these palettes live up to my exceptions of the brand.

They have two different ones, Heat It Up (left) and Down To Earth – they’re $20 each and contain two highlighters, bronzers and blushes.

I gifted my sister Down To Earth and everyday I compliment her on the glow. I love both of the palettes and I’m glad I can sneak into her makeup bag when I want to vary up the shades I’m wearing.

If you’re going to do a little shopping anytime soon at Shoppers Drug Mart my picks would be the matte lip crayon in Almost Nude and the face palette in whatever shade suits your skin tone best.

Let’s hope spring is here sooner than later because this collection has me in the mood for warmer days!

I am in the process of reviewing this collection as well. The shadows don’t show because the pigmentation is not great. I wanted to love this collection because of the amazing packaging but the pigments are mild and many just don’t show up. I agree with you about the highlighters – those are soft and pretty. I also like one of the bronzers (which I use for blush) but overall there isn’t enough saturation and richness. I love the lip crayons, those are bright, lightweight and creamy!
