Simple skincare with Cetaphil Canada + GIVEAWAY

As much as I love skincare, sometimes it’s good to just keep it simple for both your skin and your bank account.

And that’s where Cetaphil comes in!

Available online and in stores (at Shoppers for instance but for the full list of where to buy, check this out!), they have multiple products for every skin concern. The products vary in price but average from about five to twenty dollars, which makes it extremely affordable for daily use.

I was sent two products to try out for just over a month from Cetaphil and they matched me perfectly with what suited my skin type.

First came the Gentle Skin Cleanser, one of the two steps with this easy routine.

So what is it?

This cleanser is a mild, soap-free formula that cleanses without irritation – very important if you have sensitive skin like I do. It doesn’t strip your skin of the good things, like natural protective oils and natural pH so it’s still moisturizing and soothing skin as it cleans.

The facts:

  • Recommended by dermatologists for over 65 years.
  • It is oil-free, fragrance-free and non-comedogenic.
  • Mild cleansing for all skin types.

I actually keep this in the shower, since it can be used for your face and body!

And then I also tried out the DailyAdvance Lotion, which is meant for your body.

The Cetaphil DailyAdvance Ultra Hydrating Lotion is a super creamy lotion formulated with shea butter to help boost hydration and protect dry, sensitive skin. This is exactly what I slathered on after I had a sunburn and I seriously wanted to avoid peeling and worse damage. It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly. Obviously doesn’t have a yummy smell like some other lotions but it does the job!

The facts:

  • Contains Epidermal Replenishing Complex5 (ERC5TM), a unique combination of 5 key ingredients that protects dry skin and enhances hydration.
  • Helps restore the moisture barrier of your skin.
  • Clinically proven to hydrate and protect skin for 24 hours.
  • It is non-comedogenic and fragrance-free.

Now – for the fun part!

I’ve partnered with Cetaphil Canada to give you the chance to win two products that will suit your personal skin needs! They’ve launched a program to help find your perfect match of skincare products, which is such a helpful tool!

I love Cetaphil for my sensitive, red-prone skin. I don’t react at all, and it moisturizes nicely, which is a blessing.

I use Cetaphil moisturiser, but have just discovered CeraVe’s cleanser, which is also fab. Cleans, but doesn’t strip skin at all, and great for sensitive peeps.
