When was the last time you wrote a letter to someone?
It’s been a fair bit, for me anyway.
I started this series when I was in university and used tumblr way too often when I should have been studying. It was a way for me to get out what I had trouble saying, without having to worry about confrontations. Next thing I knew, people from all over were sending me these tiny letters to send out into the internet.
There’s something very cathartic about writing everything you’re thinking and letting it be seen by the world without having the eyes on you.
Maybe it’s something you’re too afraid to say to someone else, maybe it’s words you want to hear and think others deserve to hear them too.
The way it works is anyone can send me a letter and I send it out into the world.
Completely anonymous, only as obvious as you wish it to be, and not expensive stamps needed.
It was small back then, it might stay small now, but I’m excited at the idea of sharing your unsent letters.
Here’s how The Letter Series works: you send me the words you want to say but have nowhere to put using the form I have already made. You can make it as long or as short as you’d like, attach images, whichever – but please keep names out and know I’ll remove them when editing.
